We only offer returns on products deemed damaged/defective. A return request through our contact form  must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Once your order has been returned and confirmed damaged/defective, you will be issued a refund or replacement.

After 2 weeks, we no longer accept returns and refunds are not available.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

If you need to exchange an item because you ordered the wrong size or prefer a different color, you will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping and will need to pay the product price difference if applicable.

Orders may be cancelled prior to the fulfillment stage. Once fulfillment has begun, you may not cancel your order and a refund will not be provided. Order processing takes 2 - 7 business days. To see if fulfillment has begun on your order, contact LoveLee Merch.
